for making spinach mushroom soup we will need:

  • milk: 2 cup + 4 cups
  • spinach: 1 small bunch (washed)
  • mushroom: 8 -10 cut into very thin slices
  • cornflour 2 tbsp
  • garlic: 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • salt 5 tsp – 2 tsp
  • pepper powder 5 tsp – 2 tsp


Method of making palak mushroom soup:

  1. First of all we will boil spinach. For it add 2 cup milk in a vessel and let it come to a boil.
  2. Add washed spinach to it and cook until it turns soft. it may take around 5 minutes.
  3. Separate milk and spinach (keep this milk aside for later use) let spinach come to room temperature.
  4. coarsely grind spinach. Add the separated milk to it.  keep it aside.
  5. Add 2 tbsp cornflour in 4 cups of cold milk . Mix well, no lumps of cornflour should remain. keep it also aside.
  6. In a pan add 1 tbsp butter. when butter melts, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic to it.
  7. Cook garlic until it turns pink. keep stirring continuously to avoid burning.
  8. Add chopped mushroom. cook until all its water dries up. Keep the flame at medium to low. Keep stirring occasionally.
  9. add spinach and milk mixture and cornflour and milk mixture. mix well and cook on high flame until mixture comes to a boil. keep stirring continuously otherwise milk may curdle.
  10. Reduce the flame to low and add salt and black pepper powder. mix well and let the soup come to another boil.
  11. Turn off the flame. serve piping hot mushroom and spinach soup immediately.

पालक मशरूम सूप बनाने के लिए हमें आवश्यकता होगी:

  • दूध: 2 कप + 4 कप
  • पालक: 1 छोटा गुच्छा (धोया हुआ)
  • मशरूम: 8 -10  बहुत पतले स्लाइस में काटें
  • लहसुन: 1 बड़ा चम्मच (बारीक कटा हुआ)
  • मक्खन 1 बड़ा चम्मच
  • कॉर्नफ्लोर 2 टेबलस्पून
  • नमक 1.5 टीस्पून
  • काली मिर्च पाउडर 1.5 टीस्पून


सबसे पहले हम पालक उबालेंगे। इसके लिए एक बर्तन में 2 कप दूध डालें। दूध में उबाल आने दें। इसमें धुले हुए पालक डालकर नरम होने तक पकाएं। इसमें लगभग 5 मिनट लग सकते हैं। दूध और पालक को अलग करें और पालक को ठंडा होने दें। इस दूध को बाद में उपयोग के लिए अलग रख दें। पालक को बारीक पीस लें और इसमें अलग किया हुआ दूध मिलाएं। एक तरफ रख दो।

अब 4 कप ठंडे दूध में कॉर्नफ्लोर मिलाएं । अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं, कोई भी गांठ नहीं रहनी चाहिए। इसे भी अलग रखें।

अब पालक मशरूम सूप बनाना शुरू करें-

पैन में 1 बड़ा चम्मच मक्खन डालें। जब मक्खन पिघल जाए। इसमें 1 बड़ा चम्मच कटा हुआ लहसुन मिलाएं। लहसुन को गुलाबी होने तक पकाएं। लगातार हिलाते रहें।

मशरूम डालें। तब तक पकाएं जब तक इसका सारा पानी सूख न जाए और मक्खन अलग न हो जाए। आंच को मध्यम से कम रखें।

पालक और दूध का मिश्रण, और कॉर्नफ्लोर और दूध का मिश्रण भी डालें। अच्छी तरह मिलाएं और तेज आंच पर एक उबाल आने तक पकाएं। लगातार हिलाते रहें।

आंच को कम कर दें। नमक, काली मिर्च पाउडर डालें। अच्छी तरह मिलाएं। इसे उबाल आने दें। आंच बंद कर दें।

पाइपिंग हॉट मशरूम और पालक का सूप तुरंत परोसें।
