Marwari or Rajasthani Lehsun ki chutney or lasan ki chatni is an essential accompaniment for any Rajasthani Thali. This kachari chutney is made with very basic ingredients, which are easily available in any Indian Kitchen.
You can relish this lehsun ki chutney with stuffed parantha, sandwiches or any sabji or curries.

Let’s see how to make rajasthani lehsun ki chutney/ lehsun kachri ki chutney or kachri ki chutney video:
- Kachri 500 gms
- Garlic 20-25
- Cumin seeds 1tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Wash, peel and cut kachri into small pieces.
- Add kachri and all the remaining ingredients into a blender.
- Blend everything until smooth paste.
- Transfer into a clean jar and store into refrigerator. It can stay fresh upto a week.
