Ingredients for making Mango Kulfi Recipe or Mango Ice Cream Recipe

  • Mango 250 gms
  • Fresh Cream 250 gms (or ¾ cup Cream + ¼ cup milk)
  • Condensed Milk 3 tbsp (or Powder Sugar + 2 tbsp Milk Powder)

How to make mango Kulfi at Home/ How to make mango Ice Cream

  1. Wash and peel mango. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Take a blender, add mango pieces, fresh cream and condensed milk into it.
  3. You can replace fresh cream with heavy whipping cream and milk and condensed milk with powdered sugar and milk poweder.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour mango kulfi mix in kulfi molds.
  6. Cover and keep in freezer for 4-5 hours or until set completely.
