- Mango 250 gms
- Fresh Cream 250 gms (or ¾ cup Cream + ¼ cup milk)
- Condensed Milk 3 tbsp (or Powder Sugar + 2 tbsp Milk Powder)
How to make mango Kulfi at Home/ How to make mango Ice Cream
- Wash and peel mango. Cut into small pieces.
- Take a blender, add mango pieces, fresh cream and condensed milk into it.
- You can replace fresh cream with heavy whipping cream and milk and condensed milk with powdered sugar and milk poweder.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour mango kulfi mix in kulfi molds.
- Cover and keep in freezer for 4-5 hours or until set completely.
