Orange pineapple drink/ orange pineapple juice or mix fruit juice recipe:

(makes 2 glasses)

  • Pineapple pieces (roughly chopped) 1 cup
  • Oranges 2
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Black Salt 1 pinch
  • Ice cubes 4-5
  • Water

Method of making Orange pineapple drink/ orange pineapple juice or mix fruit juice recipe:

  1. In a blender add pineapple pieces, salt and sugar.
  2. Add ½ cup water and puree.
  3. Add orange slices and pulse the mixer for few seconds until orange slices are roughly chopped.
  4. Note: never grind orange slices for too long. If orange seeds get crushed the juice will get bitter.
  5. Strain the juice.
  6. Add ice cubes and serve cold and refreshing pineapple orange drink.

 

Watermelon Mint drink/ watermelon juice:

(makes 2 glasses)

  • Watermelon pieces 2cups
  • Mint leaves 15 -20
  • Black salt ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice of ½ lemon
  • Sugar 1tbsp  (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Method of making watermelon juice:

  1. In a blender add watermelon pieces, black salt, sugar, lemon juice and ½ cup water. Blend everything.
  2. Strain the juice.
  3. Add ice cubes and serve the fresh watermelon juice.

 

Masala Lemonade/ masala shikanji / Nimbu Pani:

(makes 1 glass)

  • Lemon 1
  • Mint leaves 10 -15
  • Roasted cumin powder ¼ tsp
  • Black salt ¼ tsp
  • Ice cubes

Method of making Masala Lemonade/ masala shikanji / Nimbu Pani:

  1. Cut half lemon into small pieces and remove the seeds.
  2. Add lemon pieces into a mortal, roughly torn mint leaves and 2 tbsp sugar.
  3. Crush mint leaves, lemon pieces and sugar with pestle until lemon releases its juice and mint leaves get crushed.
  4. Add the crushed mixture into serving glass add cumin powder, black salt and juice of half lemon. Mix everything well until sugar get dissolves.
  5. Add water and ice cubes.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon rind. Serve fresh lemonade.

 

Mango juice / mango frooti:

(makes 2 glasses)

  • Ripe mango 1 medium size
  • Lemon juice of half lemon
  • Sugar 3-4 tbsp
  • Ice cubes

Method of making mango juice / mango frooti:

  1. In a blender add mango pieces, sugar and half lemon juice.
  2. Add 1 cup water and puree finely.
  3. Strain the juice. Adjust consistency by adding more water.
  4. Add ice cubes and serve chilled mango juice.

 

Bel juice/ bel ka sharbat:

(makes 4 glasses)

  • Bel fruit ripe 1
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Ice cubes
  • Water 4 cups or more

Method of making Bel juice/ bel ka sharbat:

  1. Break the outer shell of bel fruit.
  2. Open and scoop out its pulp:
  3. Collect the pulp in a bowl.
  4. Add sugar and 2 cups of water.
  5. Mesh the bel pulp using potato masher or hands.
  6. Strain the juice, and adjust its consistency by adding more water.
  7. Add ice cubes and serve chilled bel ka sharbat.

 

Pomegranate Juice/ Anar ka Juice:

(makes 2 glasses)

  • Pomegranate 1
  • Black Salt ¼ tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Ice cubes

Method of making pomegranate juice:

  1. In a blander add pomegranate seeds, black salt and water.
  2. Blend and strain.
  3. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
