Ingredients for:

1.#Dates & banana milk shake# (Makes 1 large glass)

  • Dates – 5-6
  • Banana – 1/2 (cut into pieces)
  • Sugar – 1tsp
  • Chilled milk – ¾ cup
  • Ice cubes – 7-8

Method:

  1. Deseed the dates and add 5 to 6 tsp of milk in it.
  2. Now microwave the dates for 1 minute at high.
  3. Let it rest in the oven for at least 5 more minutes. This will make them soft.
  4. Once dates come to room temperature add them into a blender. With it add banana, sugar and chilled milk.
  5. Churn until everything gets pureed.
  6. Open the blender and add ice cubes into it.
  7. Churn again until frothy.
  8. Serve immediately.

2#Banana & Mango Milk Shake (makes 1 large glass)

  • Banana – ½ (cut into pieces)
  • Mango ( cut into small pieces) – ¼ cup
  • Sugar – 1-2 tsp
  • Chilled milk – 1 cup
  • Ice cubes – 7-8

Method:

  1. In a blender add banana, mango, sugar and half cup milk.
  2. Churn until everything get pureed.
  3. Add the remaining milk and ice cubes and churn again until frothy.
  4. Serve immediately.

3# Banana, Apple & Cinnamon milk shake (makes 1 glasses)

  • Banana – 1 (cut into pieces)
  • Apple – ½ peeled and cut into small pieces
  • Sugar – 1-2 tsp
  • Chilled milk – ¾ cup
  • Cinnamon powder – ¼ cup
  • Ice cubes – 7-8

 Method:

  1. In a blender add banana, apple, sugar and ¼ cup milk.
  2. Churn everything until pureed.
  3. Add remaining milk, cinnamon powder and ice cubes.
  4. Churn again until frothy.
  5. Serve immediately.

4# Banana, apple & Mango Milk Shake  (makes 2 glasses)

  • Mango – ¼ cup
  • Apple – ½ cup( peeled & cut into small pieces)
  • Banana – ½ ( cut into pieces)
  • Sugar – 1-2 tsp
  • Chilled milk – 1 cup
  • Ice cubes – 7-8

Method:

  1. In a blender add mango, apple, banana, sugar and ½ cup milk.
  2. Churn until pureed.
  3. Now add remaining milk and ice cubes.
  4. Churn until frothy.
  5. Serve immediately.

5# Chocolate & Banana Milk Shake (makes 1 large glass)

  • Banana – 1
  • Chocolate Syrup – 1 tsp
  • Chilled Milk – ¾ cup
  • Ice Cubes – 7-8

Method:

  1. In a blender add all the ingredients and churn until puree & frothy.
  2. Serve immediately.
