करौंदे हरी मिर्च का अचार karonde ka Achar/Karonde ka Instant Achar recipe video

 

Ingredients:

  • Karonde 250 gms
  • Green chilies 200 – 250 gms
  • Mustard Oil 1/3 cup
  • Cumin (zeera) 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds (saunf) 1/2tsp
  • Asafetida (hing) ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder (haldi) ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash and pat dry karonde and green chilies.
  2. Cut karonde into half and green chilies into bite size pieces.
  3. Heat oil until it smokes, turn off the heat and wait for few seconds.
  4. Add cumin, fennel seeds and asafetida.
  5. Turn on the heat to high and add karonda, green chilies, turmeric powder and salt.
  6. Mix well, cover and cook at medium to low heat. Keep stirring to avoid burning.
  7. Cook the achar until oil seperates.
  8. Tangy and spicy keronde ka achar is ready.
